We provide accounting services to our clients billed hourly or by other specific agreement. All services are billed in US Dollars.

Promotions

We do not participate in promotions or discounts for services unless specifically negotiated within the clients mutually agreed upon engagement letter.

Client Engagement Letter

The client engagement letter is a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. It supersedes these Terms in case of any conflict. The engagement letter will detail the specific services to be provided, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, and other relevant terms specific to your engagement with us.

Service Delivery and Fulfillment

Timely Service: We strive to deliver our services in a timely manner, as agreed upon in the client engagement letter. However, the completion of services may be subject to the client’s timely provision of necessary information and documentation.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our professional services, we do not typically offer refunds for work that has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns and potential resolution.

Service Cancellation: If you need to cancel our services, please provide written notice as soon as possible. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed according to the terms of the engagement letter.

Delivery of Work Product: We will deliver your work product, such as tax returns, or other deliverables, in a secure electronic format unless otherwise specified in the engagement letter. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain their own copies of these documents for their records.

Revision Policy: If you require revisions to the work product due to changes in information provided or additional requests outside the original scope of work, additional fees may apply as outlined in the engagement letter.

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for us to deliver our services. Delays in providing information or documentation may impact our ability to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

Clients are responsible to pay for all credit card processing fees associated with their invoice payments made by credit card.
